Something really Low in calories?
I’ve done:
. 2 hours dance
. 1 hour 30 mins walking
And I haven’t sat down all day, I’ve been generally busy,
Tidying and stuff,
I’ve only had a bowl of cereal, but I really need to be strict on my diet this week,
Suggestions?

it takes More energy to digest Protein than it does to digest Fat. So the more protein you eat, the more calories your body burns.
